Playstation to USB Adapter Wiring Diagram?

Question

I searched all Jordan to find a PSX-USB adapter in order to use all the pads for PSX on my PC, specially the steering wheel with pedals, I don't want to ship it from USA or Taiwan or any other country, all I need is just the wiring diagram of it, can some one help me the diagram??
