i started my period...then i got into basketball...and i havent had it since before basketball! now basketball is over...i havent had it yet! is it because i got into working out and changing my daily routine?

Women who weigh less than 98 pounds or have a body fat percentage of less than 18% frequently stop menstruating until they gain weight. It is your body's way of saying, "I don't have the reserves to maintain a pregnancy or sustain an infant." This is very common in women athletes.

Too much exercise can effect your menstral cycle. You should deffinately discuss this with an gynocologis though.
