Psh. Do you imagine he needs your sorry *** to be his roomate!? LOL jk. yet quite. no longer something incorrect with being gay. What if he's masculine? I mean extra masculine than you, because you do not actually have the balls to stay with a gay guy without being scared that he will like you. do not decide someone. He might want to be an time-honored, a funky new child. do purely not do something stupid like list a video of him making out with a guy and positioned up it on line and reason him to leap off a bridge. =|

Well...that's a tough question. You could just keep this to yourself, and if he is open minded about it after you have known him for a bit you could consider telling him, or you could pledge with a Gay friendly Frat (if there is such a thing at your school?) or, run a roomate ad on craigslist and mention this if it is a big enough College area.
It really depends on the circumstance of how out you are, and how out you want to be at College.

if you're living on campus,u can choose whoever u want to be your roomate(except the opposite sex) but the other person has to agree 2 have u as their roomate also.it depends on the type of person he is...if u wanna tell him...becuz some people act as if being gay is somewhat like a alien or somethin and they probably would start spreading rumors and lies...or....if u dont tell them and they somehow find out,it could b even worse....but its only up 2 u to decide to tell him or not....make the right choice

If you can choose the sexuality of your roomate do so...if you can't ---feel your roomate out...see if he is gay friendly before you say anything.

I don't know about choosing the sexuality of your roommate part but you don't have to tell him you're gay. It's more of a don't ask, don't tell thing. Unless it eats you up inside, you don't have to tell him.

i dont think it needs to choose sexuality.. as long as you trust each other...
you can tell them you're gay and for sure you'll enjoy the rest of the days in that room..

I don't think it should matter, if you both respect each other for who each of you are.
Now, if one of you starts harassing the other for a variety of reasons, it isn't a good situation, and you will either have to resolve your differences or find different roommates.
