I'd keep on watching, even if it were a sex scene, though everyone would remain very uncomfortable! Still, skipping the scene would mean acknowledging that there's something steamy going on, and the point of getting along with our parents is constant denial that either side has any sort of awareness of sex. The only way we remain sane kids is if we try not to think of our parents as adults who practise the carnal arts, and vice versa!
Though, I must add, I enjoyed the priceless look on my dad's face when the gay couple kissed when we were watching Rent!

they are acting...(i'd probably laugh if it is like making out like crazy on the floor or something like that...) but if it is a kiss like just kissing id watch it...
