People forget and don't even know that after slavery was banned in the US that the slave trade still went on in European countries, It seems like people just try to find ways to make people here look bad, which is very stupid and mean, like I saw a question that said why don't Americans travel more all they know is their own country, the I saw another one that said if America is so great, then howcome there are American tourist's all over the place. I wish peole would stop thinking that we act the way our government acts, if we did Bush's approval rating would be higher then 30%.

Bush's approval ratings are due to his own inpcompetence, noyt Americans travelling.
Yes, Americans should learn more about the rest of the world, but that's a separate issue.
