I would. I mean, I'd want someone (even a complete stranger) to let me know if I did. There just has to be a nice tactful way of saying it, like whispering "excuse me, but I couldn't help but notice you have something stuck in your teeth," or discretely scratching your teeth or something. Make sure you relate to them...like "I've had that happen to me sometimes and it's embarrassing."
