That depends on whether our questions and comments become property of Yahoo once we make them. I suppose you could argue that they do, since they reside on Yahoo's servers. Also, since they excercise editorial control they'd be liable for defamation as a publisher... which makes them more connected to the comments on the site.

My advice is to consult an Intellectual Property lawyer if you're serious.

I guess you could be if you called it Yahoo!Answers and published it. It would be really fun to read. Kind of like the website/book "Overheard in New York".
