Im a teen and i just joined gymnastics, and i cant do a split. What stretches can i do to get more flexibility for splits? Also its a tumbling class so how can i work on strattle (toe touch) jumps?

you should attempt the splits most days to build up your muscles. Doing stretches in second position on the floor will also help to be able to do the splits. You should keep these stretches going regularly and be persistant. Then you should be able to do the splits soon. Remember you may find it easier on one leg more than the other.
Good luck!

I do hyper-extendent splits. That have helped me a lot. You put you front leg on a mat. Not too high though. Then slide down to the splits and hold it for a minute. Do both legs and the middle if you want. After, you can do normal splits and see how much they have improved.
