oh martin this is just a temporary situation, u have your entire life to live, and although u can't see it now, life does go on, and pain does diminish. sometimes we hold onto the hurt, and blame ourselves, we think maybe we could have stopped it had we known, or been a better person, but in reality this had very little to do with u, it wasn't even about u, it was about 2 people that couldn't control their impulses, who lacked character, and who were selfish. u will never be able to be friends with this person again, that part of your life is over with. u need to make new froends, find a support group, where u can talk about your pain. as u will need support during this very sad time in your life. it is quite normal to be depressed, when something u loved is now gone, but it is no reason to end it all , we must learn to take the good as well as the bad, and find something in the bad we get to be thankful for.we don't understand why things happen, we will oneday. we just have to accept it first.

This is a very difficult time for you but you will get so much advice that you will be more confused than you are now. The best thing to do is let th good old fashioned time be the healer Don't stoop to their level at any time and find a new social circle. To be cheated on by your wife is bad enough but with your best friend too.......it's just awful and i really feel for you
Good luck with finding the answer within yourself they are the best answers. As for ending it all they are NOT worth your life.....life should be cherished by everyone and you would hurt others for their selfishness.

Hi, my heart goes out to you, can i ask what has become of your best man's wife? You asked if we thought that there would be a way to still be friends? Not at the moment you are hurting to much and seeing her again will break your heart even though you think it would be better, and it will take twice as long to get back on your feet again.Mate you m ust be just dieing inside, and you really need a big hug, so here's a big hug from me.......

No. and the more you linger about it...the more spiritually you give THEM BOTH POWER OVER YOUR LIFE!... Believer or not Check out Job 24 and Proverbs 2: 15 - 19. I am going through something simular, but you have to fight those thoughts of ending it all.....I do it almost everyday myself. Remember ....that's his headache now!
GOD Bless

Why would you want to be mates again, they obviously didnt value your friendship, I think the best thing would be to move on and you'll meet other friends, maybe ones who value you and your friendship.....

They shattered your heart Martin. It will take time, but your heart will heal enough so you realize, life does go on.
Neither one of them deserve you or your friendship!
You'll make good friends with others who aren't cheaters and liars.
hang in there, it's rough, but you will go on.
Date!! Get yourself involved so it makes you gain some ego back.
Give me a call, I'll take u on a date!
