What is that test all about ? What is it like ... where i can take in can you give me more information about it ?

Does that Mean that If i had taken the November 2006 SAT1 i have taken the writing test as well ?

Yes, if you took the new SAT with its writing component, you've satisfied that request. I don't know as much about ACTs, but if the ACT has a writing component you're probably OK there, as well. The SAT Subject Test in Writing is no longer offered, now that the basic SAT has writing in it.

The new SATs now have a written component to the test.
