absolutely the oil is good to use. But It probably doesnt meet the newest API rating of GF-4. If you own a car 2004 or older then you are fine to put it in but if your car is a 2005 or newer then I would not use it for that application. Every so often they change some of the components in the additives to make the oil good for the newest API rating. There has been at least one change in the last 5 years. But it only matters on a new vehicle. So if you have an older car then go ahead and use your new found fortune. If not someone you know will be able to use it.

What got here approximately while he controlled to get Congress to bypass the CFPAct? for 3 years now, the Republicans have refused to approve a head for it, only as they have refused to substantiate a head for the ATF for 6 years! you may't whinge approximately issues no longer being enforced once you refuse to establish the mechanism to do it. only raising the margin standards on futures may well be sufficient to close a minimum of 0.5 of it down. this is at present at 3%. enhance it to twenty-5%. And including a 5 cent transaction value might supply up the microtrading. it might stabilize no longer only the marketplace however the economic gadget. think of the government is going to bypass after the super moneyed human beings?

no way, engine oil is a mixture of ingredients that doesn't keep staying the same, and also, there was a big progress in developing engines oils, it is not the same modern ingredients, doesn't worth the economy.

Some of the additives may have settled out (it does happen.....)
But if all the containers are sealed/un-opened..... use IT!!!
You can shake each quart up a bit.... just to insure all the additives are mixed in....

considering that it was underground for a few million, a few years in the shed shouldn't hurt too much.
