I left my utensils in the sink for a long time and now they are a bit rusty. Should I toss them?

Can they cause tetanus?

Yeah, I think so. Chrome has a bad reputation. It is like lead.

I like stainless when I can get it, it never ever rusts, and doesn't leave anything that's not good for ya in the food.
