Uh, I don't know of any times that you met a deadline, as I've never met you.
What you are being asked to do is to describe an example of when you met a deadline, that is, did what you were asked to do when you were asked to do it, and finished it on time.
If you've never done this, I'm not sure what you should say.

Just put an example where you worked for someone and you got a call from your client who wanted a report sent to them first thing the next morning.....
They like to think if your were needed for situations like that you would work all night to get the job done etc........
