Yep, it's your fault for leaving your password PRINTED anywhere near your computer. If it's the password to your computer, they can only see your stuff if they have physical access to your computer - they can't just type it into their computer. You can change your password by pressing Ctrl-Alt-Del and clicking Change Password. Now don't write your password down anywhere.

Ok, first I guess you are using Internet explorer right ?
If so, I dont know what mail service you are using, hotmail, gmail, yahoo or whatever, when you first sign on, there is always a box that you can uncheck which states" Remember my user name and password" Not the exact words but you get the gist of it. Uncheck that box. Also go into your webrowers Options tab and clear all your history. Also clear all temporary internet files.
Be more specific about what type of email you use(Yahoo mail, hotmail, ectc) so that I can reply back with step by step instructions in helping you solve this.

Hey don't leave your passwords printed anywhere. To change your password go the control panel by clicking on the Start menu, once u reach control panel click on 'user accounts' there is a tab called 'change an account' right under the heading 'pick a task'. clicking on it will take you to a page asking u to choose which account you want to change? click on the one you want to change, then u will see a tab called 'change the password" click on it and it will take you to a page where you can change your password........when selecting a password don't use your or anybodies name, and don't use ur birthdate......try to use something which has a combination of both letters and numbers......

well that's all........Best of luck

Just change your password NOW. Make it something long and not easy to guess. Don't use the name of your pet, birthday or anything easy to guess if they know you.

If you are talking about your yahoo email.

Click on My Account>verify password> then find the option to change your password.
