Hardest university programs to get into in the US?

I am Canadian and i was wondering what are the programs that evryone want and consequently, the grades that comes with it. I think in the US you get into university with an SAT exam wich gives you points and these points allow you to get into programs depending of your score. What program requires the highest? Can u name top 10?
For your info here in canada its:

2.Pharmacy
3.Physiotherapy
4.Optometry
5.ortophony
6.vet
7.dentistry
