My cable internet is (100mbps) is running at the speed of dialup. I was downloading this file which required up to 2 hours to download but the same file i download earlier in less then 2 min. a month ago it was working fine and fast , few weeks ago i reinstalled my window xp and now its very slow. Please help...thanks.

your computer is perhaps sluggish because u deleted each of the cookies cookies infiltrate all web content you've been on in ur entire ecpu existence u erase all of them now so each new web site u bypass on is gonna be sluggish.
