My word, theres to omany to list, thousands, millions even. Basically just look at the seller of the item you want's feedback, if theyre newish to ebay, and have little feedback then see what the items were they were selling/buying, check to see if there are multiple feedbacks from one user/for one user. I'd say anyone with less than 90% feedback on over 50 feedback votes is a bit wary. It all depends on how many votes they've had I suppose you gotta use intuition.

I would also advice doing this before you "just use paypal" as this is no guaranteed way of being safe. Believe me, they don't really care unless they're geting their cut. They do however tend to side with the buyer on most disputes. Ina nutshell , and at teh risk of an insuing court case, PayPal are a bunch of cowboys.

Avoid people with low scores that are selling discount electronics. I got ripped off trying to buy a PSP (got all my money back after 2 months) and an IPod (got most of my money back after a month). Look at a person's reviews and make sure that they haven't been selling cheap stuff to get a good rating so that they could put a bunch of high end listings to get money then bail.

Every item that you might want to buy off eBay will have its seller and their feedback clearly displayed - there aren't any certain people that you should avoid, you need to check the seller's reputation on a item-by-item basis.

just pay only with paypal. no checks, no money order. no direct buy from seller. if once the item turned out to be bad or not working then you will have hard time to return or exhange depending on the seller. must read review about seller before buy anything. if you are selling somthing then no problem.

Not off hand, just make sure you check everyone out before you bid! Just click their name and it will show you all you need to know! Also watch out for things that sound too good to be true!

Be wary of anyone who slips under the 95% mark!

Why dont you look for your self. You have to do this on your own. I have to just like all the other ebayers that shop or sell on eBay.
