≤ and ≥
You can use the windows character map
If you cant locate it in start -> programs -> accessories ->system tools (Windows XP),
Then start -> run -> and type "charmap" in the 'open' box, then click OK.
Or, hold down the 'alt' key and press 242 or 243 on the number pad, then release (num lock must be on).

greater than is > -----like8>4
less than is < ----like 4<8
To do the equal to thing the < or > has to have a little line under it and I do not know if you can do that on the keyboard since when there is no key for that on this Yahoo answers. You can do it with email but there is no provision for underlining here that I have seen.

If you go into the start menu, accessories, system tools, character map, you can copy any characters you want, including ≥ and ≤.
If you want a shortcut, you can hold down alt and type 242 or 243 on the numpad.

Windows has a 'character map' where you can get the codes for symbols.
start->programs->accessories->system tools->character map
I think that you have to use a font that has unicode, but I'm not sure.
These are from the Ariel font:
≤≤∞≈≡≠√∩
