Is the battery life on Ur V710 Bad, or is my phone tearing up?? I've only had it for a week?

I've had the V710 for over a year now, and the Battery Keeps getting worser & worser. I asked my Service Provider & He said That was the worst Model that they had ever sold. I would advise you to go take it back & I would say they would let you because most providers allow a week to try the phones out.
