Richard Money, Walsall manager. Has turned a team of losers who have been relegated in the last two seasons to top of the league by 7 clear points without spending any money in the close season.

Billy Davies of Derby County. He worked wonders at Preston North End and I was puzzled when he left them for a struggling, debt ridden side. But to have steered them to fourth spot in the Championship going into the Christmas period is almost miraculous. He's one of the best young managers around, and I've no doubt he'll be managing a top club in the not too distant future.

Have to say Steve Coppell would be pretty high up. Good results wthout the major signing s of the big boys. Apart from that Sir Alex is proving himself once again, but I stil think Chelski will sneak their way to the league in the end.
