I can't roll over, reach certain ways, lift arms too far, put weight on sides for very long or in certain positions, lift heavy things, etc... been taking ibuprophen but it hasn't helped. almost three weeks- been to chiro, thinking about a doctor visit...

Ouch, I know how bad that can hurt. You should go see a Dr It could be a rotator cuff tear or some other soft tissue damage in the shoulder. Myself i have a Labral Tear in my right shoulder. It is where the arm attaches to the shoulder. also have a rotator cuff tear. There is a lot of pain when trying to lay on the shoulder I cant lift my arm above shoulder height grinding noise in shoulder and extream pain plus forget about lifting anything with the arm.

Ex rays will not show any of these problems only an MRI can please go see an ortho. Dr right away.
