There are no safe areas anymore ...
I used to drive for a school district in Texas and I got a elementary route in a gated community
.. one of my 3rd graders said we might not have people stealing from outside the gate but we do have others within the gate to take our stuff.

it's safe when it comes to crime and stuff. but whenever there's rain that's the place that always floods. i almost bought a house there but right before i signed the contract it rained hard and the house flooded!!! now i live in an apartment
