I only saw "Advent Children" and "The Spirits Within", but I also saw many videos with parts from FF VII, VIII, IX, X. Some told me that these are computer games, but I think they are movies... Can anyone help me, please?

the final fantasty (FF) is mainly a video game franchise. mainly rpg. you play the game for hours upon hours and at times in those hours of playing, you're treated to a scene of gorgeous cd. FFXII came out just this year. each FF game is a different story with a different set of characters set in a different world.
Spirits Within was the first final fantasty movie. it was a story all on it's own with no basis on any of the existing FF game stories. Advent Children is based on FFVII (FF7) which has a huge scary following. the fans clamored for more FFVII and they received.
there are some animated FF shows and they have been previous mentioned. so really, there are only two FF movies out.

There are only two Final Fantasy movies. All the other things you've seen are FMVs from the games.
