I can't eat bacon so instead I have what we call Egg toast.
Egg toast is like eggs on toast
For the recipe you will need two eggs 2 slices of bread some salt (optional) and a pan and an oven (has to work), mixing bowl and a mixer
You will take the two eggs and crack them into a bowl. Take about a pinch of salt and put that into a bowl. Mix until kinda creamy. Then put one slice of bread on egg. Turn bread until sides are yellow. Put in pan and cook thoroughly. Repeat again for other bread.
That's one of my favorite recipes for breakfast

A shake it consists of ...milk....yogurt....egg whites...and your choice of berries....frozen is the best cause it makes the shake nice and cold put in a blender and away you go...yummy
