It depends on how badly you tore the muscle and your general state of health. If it is only a partial tear it will heal faster than a complete tear. Someone with Diabetes will take much longer to heal than someone with a fully functioning endocrine system. I recently had arthroscopic surgery on my shoulder for a labral (connective tissue) tear. I tore the tissue 7 months ago and am still healing and doing physical therapy. Every one is different. It could be as short as 12 weeks to be back to normal.

Hi there !
Around two weeks, provided you give "maximum rest" for the area to heal, and provided you take the "medicines" regularly...and provided you dont "injure" the same area again in the next two weeks..
best wishes...

It depends on

1. What muscle it is

2. How badly it was torn

3. How long you rest it
