I want to buy a side kick 3 do I have too get tmobile service or can I get a differeent serviceee?

you could get a unlocked sidekick and use it with any GSM provider, like cingular. My bro has a sidekick 2 with cingular and works great

I think the Sidekick is offered exclusively by T-Mobile. At least from what I've seen so far.

Yes you have to get T-Mobile.
