my wife's big sized breasts seem to be centre of attraction of the eyes of my neighbours and my close friends visiting home.any way to reduce them similar to the way we enlarge by using silicone? she feels embrassed by the bigger sized ones and wants to reduce - though i enjoy them and prefer her to have those gifted ones inspite of the attraction (i feel proud of the big ones and never mind being looked at by others with jealous & last birthday i got her nipple rings)

There's breast reduction surgery. It's what the actress Soleil Moon Frye ("Punky Brewster") had done when she was around 15 to reduce her bust from (I think it was DDD-cup) to about a full B/small C-cup. She had to get it because they were causing major back pain and would only be getting bigger since she hadn't even finished puberty and they were still growing.

If your wife is having back problems because of her breast she can get this type of surgery to correct the problem. You may want to take a look at your policy, but I think breast reduction surgery is covered under most medical insurance since the augmentation is done to correct a medical problem (spinal deformation and back pain) and not for cosmetic reasons.

You'll have to do a lot of research to find a qualified and reputable plastic surgeon that can perform the surgery. I saw a medical show where a girl had the same problem as Soleil Moon Frye and she also under went breast reduction surgery. On the show they listed the cost around $2,000 for the proceedure, but they probably didn't calculat in everything like medications (particularly antibiotice) and of course what they had to pay for new clothes, plus this was a while back so the average price may have gon up. I'd say you'll need to save up at least $4,000 to be on the safe side.

Personally I like boobs and the bigger the better, but if they were causing pain for the girl I'm with I'm not going to stop her from getting a breast reduction. I'd rather have her with smaller breast than be in constant pain. If she's not in any pain, I'd try to convince her to keep them, but its really her choice, it would be sad to see them go though... =(
