well that depends on your age and what you like to do..if your of legal age and like to party go to a club and party a bit or maybe a concert if one is playing in your area.. you could go to the movies or have a nice dinner out.. or you could spend it with your family and loved ones

Start doing searches,.. there are sites and forums devoted to telling you where you can get things for free on your Birthday [like a whole meal for free, 25% off, free cake]. You may need to call ahead of times because everyone where I live is an idiot (doctors, lawyers, resturant employees alike,.. everyone) so they deny there are Birthday things.
