человать is not a Russian word. Likely the first letter is wrong and the word is actually целовать.

To Americans, the first two letters often look "similar".

целовать is "to kiss".

Babel Fish is an online translating tool. You type in whatever text you want translated from one language (Russian) to another language (English) I have no idea what 'chelovat' is.

it means that babel fish couldn't translate the russian word you gave it. the site merely spelled the pronunciation of your russian word as it might be written in english.
