Just Like Heaven. It may not be toooo realistic, but I believe in peoples spirits, and this movie also addresses some major current issues (artifical life). It is such a good, romantic movie, and it is one of the fe that makes me cry EVERY SINGE TIME. The Notebook is good, but I lost all respect for it at the end because it is not true to the book!

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. Not because the story is realistic, but it handled relationships in a more relaistic way that I think any other movie has. None of us are "perfect" for each other, we just have to deal with the stuff that makes us upset because we love the other person. That's real to me.

Jane Austins novel "Pride & Prejudice"
It has been made into Films 5-6 times, most recently in 2005,
but my favorite version was a1995 BBC mini-series, with Colin Firth., as Mr Darcy
The modern version, also with Colin Firth as Mr Darcy, "Briget Jones Diary" is also good.

Gone With the Wind.
I think tons of women could relate to Scarlett now and back when the civil war began.

Breakfast at Tiffany's; for that time period (the late 50's) it was a very realistic movie!

"In Love and War" starring Callum Blue as the late "Eric Newby", and Barbora Bobulova as "Wanda". This is a true story btw, about this Englishman, Newby, meeting his future wife, Wanda, in Italy during WW2.
