Tripadvisor.com is a great resource, I believe it gives you average temperatures for seasons per city.

I am studying abroad this semester and traveling through Europe. I have found the two best sites for weather to be:

http://worldbuddy.com/
Both show weather for almost anywhere in the world, even smaller cities.
