i know i have a problem...ive bought over 3,000 dollars worth of things that i dont need ...help!

You might try making a budget and stay within it.

Are you doing without necessities in buying so much on the internet?

You also might keep the computer off for a day, and see if you can enjoy your day without buying. Find other things you enjoy doing, that doesn't cost money. Then just work on disciplining yourself.

Listen to music, talk with friends, clean the house (yuck), read a book, spend more time on Yahoo Answers in helping others. There is also a great satisfaction in helping others.

Replace your shopping addiction with something positive.
Try to find a BALANCE in your life.
You can do it...I know you can !!!

BUDGET, BUDGET, BUDGET! Set aside a specific amount for your purchases and don't go over that limit.
Just like any other spending, you have only finite resources to use.

We are not all like the Federal Government who just prints more paper when they need to.

When you visit those shopping sites, just close your eyes and try to close the browser then, you will not try to buy things from the Internet.
