Im really interested in the OA and my friends in scouts say you get invited but how do you get invited i really want to be apart of it

Be as good a scout as you can. show initiative and leadership among your peers, while at the same time respecting the leaders above you.
look for projects (badges and others) on which you can show your leadership, commitment and ability to follow through. sooner or later, you'll be noticed (but not if you keep asking for it - it's not an honor you can sign up for)

the Order of the Arrow is a very interesting part of Scouting and am certain you will be able to achieve your goal. remember time, patience and perseverance accomplish all things.

Then join them for that is the only you you will get any information or the Order of the Arrow... I know that to be true. As for me being member of the OA...............................................................
