very late one night I woke up, with the tv on a music channel and i caught the strangest song/band ever. The chorus goes something like 'I'm on the drugs, I'm onthe drugs, I'm on the drugs that killed River Pheonix' like I said,it's a song that just gets in there, as I remember it's 4 white guys and when I saw them they were all in white with white top hats dancing round in a circle, any help would be appreciated.
