Ok, I have asked him over and over what he wants for christmas and he says oh a motorcycle or four wheeler...well we can't afford that. So I need some helping picking some stuff..
* He likes sports but only football and basketball. I got him a pair of pistons tickets so far.
* He like to play video games. I wanted the PS3 but am not paying a arm and a leg nor waiting in a 8 hour line. Last year I got him a bunch of sports games, but to tell ya the truth I really don't want to get any games because he sits there like a zombie for hours and well thats just annoying sometimes.
* He doesn't like to grill, golf or cook. He doesn't work out. He doesn't really like to fix stuff. He gets too impatient.
* Not a computer guy.
* Really what he does is...go to work, hang out with friends, eat and sleep and hang with us.

* Not much else to tell ya. So I am stuck on what to get him.
I usually do socks, underwear and t shirts, sometimes clothes. But this year I am really stuck.

OK.. He wants a Motorcycle and a 4 wheeler... go to Toys R us and buy him the scale version...stick a few lotto tickets on them with a loving note. Good luck to us! :) :)

He likes the pistons... how about a jersey? a limo ride to the game? Gift certificate for you to cater a small tailgate party for him and his buddies? (make it pot luck with their wives, less work for you :))

Video Games.. isn't is maddening how they zone out??? How about tickets to play paintball or lazer tag.. go with him.. you may find you have fun being goofy with your husband and its always good for a laugh seeing yourselves dressed up like kids in all that padding :)

He doesn't like to fix stuff... Gift Certificate for Oil Change? Car washes?
You could do an IOU book with a coupon telling him that YOU will wash his car in a bathing suit.. maybe he would like that? Just for fun. Spice things up a little.

If you have kids.. they could make him a IOU book.. Like.. they will pick up their room, give dad a hug, make dinner for daddy, you know fun stuff they can do for Dad!

ok.. so he goes to work... maybe a custom made coffee travel mug? You can get those at like Kinko's or Walgreens... Maybe with a Gift Book from Mcd's? Or a gift certificate for a detailing job on his car?

Hangs out ith friends.. hmm where? Gift Certificate to that place?

Sleeps... maybe a supernice pillow? Or satin sheets?

Just some thoughts!

Merry Christmas!

I think it is so beautiful that you go out of your way for your husband and want to buy him nice things, but don't stress out.

My suggestion would if you are going to get any video system do it AFTER the holidays when things go on sale.

Give your husband the gift of your love it is always needed and never goes "out of style" bake him his favorite cookies and place in his lunchbox along with a very special love note, give him a back-rub after a long day, but yourself a pretty nightgown and have snuggle time with your husband and make certain you will not be interrupted, go on a REAL date just the two of you and see a movie or a show the light displays are wonderful with all the pretty lights. Gifts don't have to be expensive to be special.

My husband birthday is two days after Christmas so I take him out to breakfast then I let him pick a movie to see at the theater and then I take him to a restaurant and give him a package to open which is usually a favorite DVD, Video. We Celebrate with family for his birthday Christmas day and I make a cake that he would like to have.

We have a large family so we stay in budget all those gifts you are giving to husband are great gifts but remember The greatest Gift is your love and devotion to your husband.

Get him gift cards to different stores & let him pick out what he wants. Invite a bunch of his friends over, ( after christmas, like that week ) make a simple dinner, serve a few drinks, & let him spend time with his friends. Take him to the movies? Plan a weekend get-a-way, to a ski lodge, or a bed& breakfast & relax & make a little love ? Good luck!!

He loves sports? Don't get him a PS3! Try a Wii System! They have sports games that you can actually be in and YOU control how the people move by moving yourself with the special Nunchuck controller! Check it out @ http://wii.nintendo.com/ ! They are about 250$ or 300$ (Unlike 700$ for the PS3). Or, if not, get him tickets to his favorite team!

could you buy him time on a motorcycle or 4-wheeler? Maybe set up a weekend vacation, rent the vehicle, and let him go play? That way he gets the experience of owning, without having to do maintenance or repairs!
