I'd like to get her something very nice, but it would have to go on a credit card, which also isn't a very good idea since it's nearly maxed out. She's fine with small stuff, but I really want to get her some jewelry. Any ideas?

A past, present and future necklace is a nice piece of jewelry. And, it shouldn't cost you more than a 150.00 or less. Look for sales in the stores they are going on until Christmas. Good luck.

Here is an idea that worked real well for me some years ago.On Chirstmas eve I ask my wife to get dressed up in her best outfit. Now this had been planed for sometime and everyone in town [almost]knew about it.When she reached the bottom of the stairs I walked over took her hand and told her that the pastor was coming over and ask her if she would marry me all over again. It took a lot to keep it from her but that was the happiest I had ever seen her.The memorys will last forever. it has now been the total of 49 years on new years eve Jerry

diamonds are a girls best friend... 1 carat total weight (that'd be 1/2 c each ear) earrings would make my christmas verrrry warm! And if you want to heat it up, get BIGGER!!!!
HERE'S WHERE YOU GET THEM FOR A NICE PRICE:
The Munya is a big fan of "alternative shopping sites"...so in this case:
PAWN SHOP my man, PAWN SHOP!
Seriously. Nice stuff, good prices (low-down cheaper than anywhere and you wont get ripped off prices!) and I'm sure they can come up with a fancy box for you, too!
And if she asks where you bought it, say "I got connections"...

Look at what she buys herself. Ask her friend/sister. Think about it, has she been hinting but you've not noticed?
Wake her up on Christmas day in a good way.

think about her taste in jewelry. a small diamond perhaps? or maybe she likes pearls? maybe her birthstone. just think about her taste in jewelry and then start hunting for a bargain.
