Ok my cousin is a total ditz.
she's the image of a total blonde, and actually says "like" all the time.
she dyed her hair brown, so she could get away with th stupidness.
all in all she's a laguna beach clone.
steals other girl's bfs, flirts alot, the whole thing
shes the same age as we and we go to the same school
she's the popular girl, but she's a total idiot
let's say shes the paris hilton of my school
she terrorizes my life, threatens to "ruin my social life" , makes fun of my fashion sense, and made out with my exs just to spite me
she stole my yahoo pw, (look at my past questions), but ive decided to see her ditziness at its greatest (its pretty hilarious)
ive also talked to her, but she doesnt quite understand
shes like oh ok, but then starts doing it again
i know im smarter, but she annoys the s*** outta me

First let me say that I'm not sure how your question fits into this category.
Now some advice: With her irresponsible behavior, your cousin is bullying you. She may do it in a way that's less recognizeable than outright violence and intimidation, but she's doing it all the same. Bullies don't stop unless there are consequences to them. If their behavior doesn't get them anywhere, then they stop. Nothing else works. So, how will you choose to make your cousin's behavior unprofitable for her?
First, let your mom or dad know how you feel. (Whichever one is the sibling of your cousin's parents.) Don't downplay your feelings to them, either. Don't cry or lose your temper if you can help it, but let them know in a very logical, complete way just how you feel about what your cousin is doing.
Then make a choice. Either ignore your cousin completely, so that all reward for her behavior evaporates, or make up your mind to call her on her behavior EVERY SINGLE TIME. Consistency is key here. You are basically dealing with someone who is emotionally a child, so you have to treat her like one. If you're not consistent with your choice, she won't get the message.
If you choose to ignore her, do it completely. If she asks you about it, tell her why, and don't change your behavior until she stops messing with you.
If you choose to call her on her silly behavior, do so in a clear, but humorous way no matter who else is present. Make your point of view about her behavior clear to her and to anybody else around, but use all your best verbal skills every time. You won't win every skirmish, but don't give up.
