I'm sure there's a trick to it, I just can't figure it out.

Just push it back in. Make sure the slots are aligned and just push down. If that doesn't work, the key is probably broken and then there isn't much you can do but bringing it to a repair place.

Usually if they are not damage they will snap back in place with no problem.

If they are damaged, a new key can sometimes help, but if the connector under the key on the computer is damaged you might need a new keyboard which is a costly and time consuming repair.

Sometimes if it is just an infrequently used key, or a duplicated
key like a tab or shift you can live without that key.

Try snapping it back in place, that is best case, good luck.

Try pushing it back in place. Should not be difficult.
If it's broken, then you may have to get it repaired.

i did that before all you have to do is pop it back in hahaha lol its true its easy
