About 4 months ago I had gotten injured at work.. I run a printing press. My fingers where smashed in it and 8 weeks i was not able to run my press.. I have been back working on the press now for some time.. But now i am being treated differently.. the guys never really accepted me. I have been the only woman to actually be able to master running a press no matter where i have worked.. It seems they are sexist at least most of them.. I don't feel i am being treated the same by my supervisor or even the owner anymore.. When i was not able to run i worked in another department.. I have talked to the owner and i asked if someday i could move to that department.. I said i didn't want to do it unless it was a good choice for the company. I don't want to switch areas leaving them to search and scramble to find another printer.. well.. now it seems I will be moving according to the gossip but no one has even mentioned it as far as a supervisor or the owner. what do you think?

First off, ignore the gossip! It's a sad fact that there are people in the workplace who will try to ruin your career of force you out that way. They feel threatened, especially by a woman who is competent in her job. Wear that as a badge of honor, and don't let the bastards get to you!

Work with your supervisor on this. If you hear gossip or scuttlebutt, ask him directly about it. And ask him politely to intervene to stop it if it's really getting to you and affecting production in your department.

Keep your head up! Good luck!

If your male colleagues and even supervisor are treating you differently since your injury, then my gut feeling is that something is in the air, but it's always best to confirm these rumors with your superior. Also, it would be best to find out about workplace laws in the case of an employee getting injured; what legal action(s) your supervisor can take: demotion, relieve from work etc. and what are your rights when faced with this situation you're in.

You should watch "Northern Country" cos Charlize Theron faced a similar situation in that movie.

The very easy formulation which Bush tried and get drained, Obama is going with Carrot to Pakistan. If Pakistan subsidized Talibans are no longer infiltrating, or Pakistan’s undesirable factors are no longer offering logistics & hands help, it quite is easy for NATO to regulate community Talibans. it relatively relies upon the recent aggressive? action in Wazirstan an unlawful Prvoince of Pakistan. the worldwide could wait and watch.

If your not happy at work. You need to find another job. If you think your being treated different, then you'll start acting differently around people and that will make people feel uncomfortable and then they'll treat you different and so it goes on and on and on.

Your employers may be worried you might sue them for your injury. If you feel you're being discriminated against because of your injury, you might want to discuss it with a lawyer. Just to get some initial advice.
