You can try pushing the reset button on the bottom if it has one. If noy and you're sure that the batteries are fine, you're gona hve to buy a new mouse.

The first thing to try is to resync, pushing the little button on the bottom of the mouse (and if you have a separate receiver, there too).
Next, if you have a separate receiver, make sure it didn't become unplugged from the computer, and that it's not partially pulled out.
If not, it's probably the batteries. Wireless mice are notorious for using up their batteries. If you haven't changed batteries for a while, put in a new set.
I stopped using wireless mice just because I was going through too many batteries. Every couple of weeks I needed a new battery. There are rechargeables, but I was just as happy going back to a corded mouse.

try resetting mouse that works for me there is a button on the mouse ( usually underneath) that when you push it it will reset.. push hold like 5 seconds

turn the mouse the different way up. you'll see the thanks to take off slightly plate. It slides down and of. lower than the plate, you'll see a battery. replace it because its wiped out. once you positioned a sparkling one contained in the suited way, the mouse will paintings lower back. Wha-laa!!
