Ha! I laughed when I saw this because i thought I was the only one. Ever since I was a child Sundays always had an adverse affect on me. It meant that "tomorrow" there was school, it meant the stores were all closed, it meant that whatever school work I procrastinated on would have to be done that night. Same as an adult, tomorrow means works, the stores close early.... blah blah.. anyway, I find a little comfort in knowing that Sunday can be what I want it; sleep late and go shopping, watch movies all day, work on a project or hobby (all of these things take my mind off the fact that it's Sunday).. not sure I could help, but take heart, you're not alone. Distract yourself.

Pretty normal. I get it too (about work). The only thing I found that helps is that I get up earlier Monday morning to enjoy some "me" time (have a coffee, go for a walk, whatever). It feels like I'm stretching my weekend a bit more. I go to bed Sunday night looking forward to Monday morning because I know I get some time to relax before I start the week. I still get a little bummed on Sunday, but not as bad as I used to.

Of course it's normal! Happens to me too. Go for a walk, it'll keep your mind away from these thoughts.

Go to Church, especially one that sings upbeat music.
