I just wrote a huge report on Caesar. He didn't really have any physical weaknesses but he was very vain about his appearance. His biggest insecurity was his balding hair that he was very self-conscious about.

Julius Caesar had seizures, and he im pretty sure he had blood problems...like he had a lot of blood clots

I think it was epilepsy, also shared by Alexander the Great.
