My friend and her brother were adopted into a white family. They had a lot of issues. The main problem i guess is that whites don't know a lot of the basics about blacks- black hair is different (most blacks at least), darker skin gets dry, etc. I think if there was a book that came along with it, like what hairdressers you could take your child to, and the neccesity of moisterizing every day, etc, they might be happier. They'll never fit it with the type of blacks you see on tv, but most blacks aren't like that anyway

That would be funny. Blacks have the lowest numbers of being adopted and I think we should start to do something to help them get adopted. Many of them are sent to foreign countries! It would be nice if whites started to adopt black children and not be intimidated only because they're blacks.

Under no circumstances should Green couples adopt Blue children, likewise it is totally unacceptable for Blue couples to adopt Green children.

If you can't rationalize the above, then you should realize that skin color or differences has no bearing on being a happy family.

No they should adopt the poor white one, you know the ones they show on TV eating out the trash, their mommas can't pay their power bills, you know what I'm talking about. Their faces be all dirty, snot stuck on their faces. See if you didn't go there I wouldn' have went there either. *** Hole.

Um...both happen. People adopt because they want to adopt, not because they're wanting to keep the race within the race.

Have you ever met someone who has adopted? 99% of them will tell you that race wasn't even a consideration.

their is nothing we can do to change the types of children people adopt, but it just depends on what the child has been through in his or her past, maybe that isn't the best enviroment for them. maybe they need to be around what they are used to, thier own race

Anyone who wants to adopt and provide a home and love should be able to adopt, color has little to do with it.

My ex-wife's daughter, who is white, called me dad, he children referred to me as Grandpa, still got a coffee mug they gave me that says Grandpa.

I think people with money who want kids should adopt- regardless of race. why not help children who need parents if you have the want and abilty to raise many kids?
