Whatever happened to those "Dr. Phil" scammers? Where they arrested?

I saw them confronted on the internet, but I never saw the show, and I don't know what happened after she left in that cab.

dr phil was pressing charges on them. he said he was waiting for the results from the law officials. as soon as he gets any up dates he will let the viewers know with an update show. so stay tune
