Have paper circles, two or three inches in radius, and draw or print the signs onto them. Attach them in a column, and hold it up, so it goes from top to bottom in the order that you talk about them.

I find some of the best visual aids are the ones that are interactive. If you involve your classmates, they will pay more attention to your presentation and retain the information better.
A really simple way to do this (and you won't have to lug a poster board around) is to make a handout, one that your classmates can fill out in a personalized way. Draw the astrological wheel up on a standard 8.5" x 11" piece of paper and make copies to handout in class. I will link you to a template, and some zodiac wheel ideas. If you decide to use something off the Internet, just remember to include any copyright information and appropriate links on your handout.
Instead of just using something straight off the internet, I would recommend making a semi-blank one that your classmates can fill in as you explain it. For example, have all the pictures there, but have them write in the names of the signs and their respective date ranges. Or have all the pictures and names of the astrological signs, but leave some date ranges blank for them to fill in and teach them how to draw the symbolic representations of the signs.
You can also draw a big blank wheel on the chalkboard. As you explain the traits of each sign, you can also draw out the symbols. Have them copy the symbols onto their handouts. You can even take a sign tally of your classmates. Have them raise their hands to see how many of each sign there are and write it on the board too. It's really up to you how much or how little you want them to fill in. Mixing it up though will help break up any monotony in the presentation.
Hope this helps, and good luck!

make a circle that has all the zodiac signs on it and you can hold a piece of paper in your hand with all the info. ... or you can put the info. on the back of the circle so when you are holding it , it makes it seem like you memorized it! Have fun!
