Why do some people ANSWER AND ASK QUESTIONS IN CAPITALS??? It makes them seem so angry!! Also, does it annoy you?? Cos I bloomin' hate it!

Yes, it's VERY annoying..I do it only when I am stressing a point..like I just did..Some people have vision problems and that's the only way they can see what they wrote but it is annoying

Because they don't type well enough to use the shift key to make caps in the right places - they are not necessarily angry.

I agree with you ....it's a bad as those people who simply say (eg ~ as in relation to your question here) ~
'get a life' and or 'get over it' ....as if that answers the question - whereas it doesn't, it just offers up a suggestion which, in the end, still does nothing to resolve the question. Dumb, but true.
