Does anybody know how to roll a cigar with "juicy blunts" tobacco leaves?

I found these at the flea market, and want to roll a cigar, but can't get it to stick once it's rolled.
They roll great and are very pliable, but just won't stick!

I've licked it good enough, it won't stick!
I'm just gonna get out a grape White Owl!
