I wonder what things come to mind when people think of New England. I live in NE and I'm always curious how we're perceived. If you don't think of anything please do not answer the question since it would just be for points. Thanks!

Stone walls along the narrow roads, green everywhere in the summer, maple syrup, friendly, blunt spoken people, a charming accent, beautiful old houses, good food.

I know this won't make people happy, but the first image that popped into my mind was a rich, white, female snob. I've never been to the NE and live in the NW (if that's of any interest to you).

I know most people in the NE aren't snobs, probably no more so then in the NW. I just wanted to give you an honest answer to an honest question. Have a great day! :)

I'm from West Canada. When I think of New England I think of the Patriots and early American history. New England Clam Chowder too, its better than the Manhattan in my opinion. I named my son Braedy after Pats QB Tom Brady too.

I think of where I was born... I now live in the South... but New England is surely a beautiful place! Maple Syrup & maple candies, Moxie, Lobster, and beautiful coasts :)
