The best way would be to apply at any catering companies near you. If you don't know of any, you can always check the yellow pages. You may want to check with your state employment office, as well as some temp agencies such as Manpower.

If you have no experience nor degree that's applicable, you need to get experience in food services. You may have to get a grunt job first, but if catering is your goal you'll hang in there and work toward your goal and achieve it.

Most of the offers says that previous expiriense is not must as full training is given. So better deal with the HR directly so them to notice you and to let them know you are interested and willing to learn-VERY IMPORTANT!!! I myself lied when get my first job; I told them that have worked for a while as a waitress in a small coffee shop and it worked.
