A few years ago, a white student at a California high school tried to start a "Caucasian Club" because there were the African-American Clubs, the Asian-American Clubs, the Hispanic-American Clubs and so on and so forth. She was sued and expelled from school for racism and harassment for not letting a black guy join the club after SHE was not allowed to join any of the other clubs. I think that the guy who said that Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton don't want EQUALITY but INEQUALITY hit the nail right on the head. If everyone wanted to be equal, we wouldn't have "African-Americans" or "Hispanic-Americans", we would just have Americans. I got laughed at when I asked to be called a German-American, even though I have more of a right to as my mother was born in Germany and was never naturalized. Not many "African-Americans" can even tell you the name of their first ancestor to come to America. How African is that?

Its funny, this was my last question before I got banned on my previous name. I had 2,000 points and Yahoo! banned me for this, heh.

The black etlites don't want equality, they want inequality. Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton are the two best examples.

The black college thing is getting more controversial. Someone made a "white college fund" recently and it made international headlines. I don't think these things will last for long.

The government should see humans as humans, and so should the black etlite. I could go more into it but Yahoo! will probably ban me for going against their politically correct left wing views (god forbid someone should disagree with the almighty Yahoo!)

They don't want equality they want preference. They want their cake and eat it too. What they don't want to do is to change there ways and take control of themselves in a positive way. When a prominent black person such as Bill Cosby tells them the error of their ways, yet they still don't listen. There is a problem. Though I don't know the title of the book another black author also made black people accountable for the problems they are having. The book cause great protest in the black community. What, their problems caused by they themselves, yes I think maybe. stereo types don't come without a basis. Maybe as Micheal Jackson said in his song, it's time to look at the man in the mirror.

Irrespective of the fact that there may be more black schools where you live (perhaps in Africa) you seem to question the true fact that all men are created equal, with Independence of their color and beliefs.
We white people - and I assume you are white - tend to believe we are a superior race elected by God to run over all the others, which are inferior. But we are definitely wrong!
Not only we are not better. but we have proven to be definitely worse.
The only handicap in our favor is, perhaps, our technological advances.
Other than that, we have proven to be extremely cruel. Take for instance Hitler and his superior "white Aryan race".

because that wouldn't be fair or right or above all things (to most) PC. That would be discrimanatory towards everyone else. I know wierd. Same reason there is no white heritage month. I don't think that there should be any all of one race college, how does that support diversity and equality. If we are celibrating one nationality ya might as well celibrate them all. It seems ridiculous to me.

BEcause black people are minorities. And statistically not as many black people go to college, and to keep them off th streets and from doing wrong, why not make college funds for black people? I don't see why not.

I think It is wrong to have all white collages or all black colleges.Everyone should be allowed wherever the want.In the old days theree were only white colleges..That is a mean question to ask.Black people dont want to be equal.White people just want to be better

I'm not from America (I'm a Caucasian white Brit), but what I've heard is that whites want to integrate, but blacks don't (and if they do try to integrate like Condaleeza Rice....they get called 'whities'). The only long term solution is to have lots of mixed marriages.

Because it's our natural order to separate ourselves due to the difference that we posses...For instance, when I was in high school in 95,our super cool English teacher let us sit where ever we wanted a the begging of the school year...All the Hispanics merged towards one side as the white did to the other...He did this to prove just that point that we can choose to hang out with whom ever.......Tom Science 4
